Requests received later than 1 business day will not be treated for cancellation as we strive to ship the order within 1 business day. So, please reach out to us within 24 hours for cancellation.
We can only Refund for items if they are defective or damaged
Our policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

It’ll take 4-5 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check. We’ll then take 2 business days to approve the refund. Your Bank |Card |Wallet may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction. we won’t be able to offer you a cash refund or a bank transfer. You'll receive a refund to My Credit in your account, while guest users will get a Credit Note.
